Kanban

We are one of a few companies in the Czech Republic, who offer KANBAN system. One of the strategies of holding inventory just-in-time (a term for access to production means, that opportunity of company is producing a certain amount at a certain time) is called kanban (Japanese kan-ban is a label card). It is setting up a warehouse in the customer's place, where are guarded supplies, or where are refilled. It is also calles "the nervous system" of lean production.
